Trailer Hire

All trailers are fitted with standard oblong number plate holders.

• Erde 102 – Permitted by the local amenity tip/recycling centre. 300kg gross approx., max load 245kg, size 1060 x 850.
• Erde 122 – Permitted by the local amenity tip/recycling centre. 400kg gross approx., max load 335kg, size 1200 x 920.
• Ifor Williams P8e – Long ramp with optional mesh sides. Permitted by the local amenity tip/recycling centre. 750kg gross approx., max load 550kg, size 2400 x 1200, unbraked.
• Motorcycle Trailer – 450kg max gross unbraked, comes with folding aluminium loading ramp, ratchet straps and handle bar harness if required. Suitable for one large heavy bike or two smaller lightweight bikes. Note insurance not compulsory with a £500 deposit.
• Single drum roller trailer unbraked – 750kg gross – Trailer length-2750mm, width-1460mm. Specific trailer for Bomag71, Benford/Terex/Mecalac Single drum rollers.
• GD64G – 1500 kg gross, approx load 1200kg – size 6 x 4 feet box, single loading ramp – ideal to move the K008 micro digger or slanetrack barrow. Also local tip friendly.
• GD84G – 2584 kg gross, approx load 2000kg – size 8 x 4 feet box, single loading ramp – ideal to move 0.8 and 1.2 ton excavators, 1 ton track barrow dumpers and 800mm wide rollers and general materials due to the higher sides.
• Ifor Williams BV125 – 2700kg gross, approx load 2000kg, box size 12 x 5 feet, 6 foot high, combination rear door is ramp or pair of barn doors, front door nearside front bulkhead. Possible to move small plant up to 2 ton but ideal for house moves – a sack cart goes up the ramp easily, secure dry storage takes the pressure out of hiring a removals van.
• GH94BT – 2700 kg gross, approx load 2200kg – size 9 x 4 feet box, beaver tail, single loading ramp – ideal to move 1.2, 1.6, 1.8 ton excavators, 1 ton dumpers and 800mm wide rollers
• Brian James 525-25 Tipper Trailer – 3500 kg gross, approx load 2500kg – size 10’6 x 6’6 ft, available with integral plant loading ramps for machines up to 2 tons, drop down /detachable tailgate and sides to convert to a flat bed.
• GH1054BT – 3500 kg gross, approx load 2850kg – size 10 x 5’4 ft box, beaver tail, single loading ramp – Note- 1625mm max. width internal measurement, ideal for moving diggers up to 2800 kg, 1 and some 2 ton dumpers, 800 and 1200mm wide rollers, track barrows etc.
• GH106BT – 3500 kg gross, approx load 2750kg – size 10 x 6 ft box, beaver tail, single loading ramp – ideal for moving diggers up to 2700 kg, 2 and 3 ton dumpers, 1200mm wide rollers, micro telehandler or the wheeled loading shovels
• LM146B – 3500 kg gross, approx load 2700kg – size 14 x 6’6 ft flat bed, beaver tail, twin loading ramps – ideal for moving diggers up to 2700 kg, 2 and 3 ton dumpers, 1200mm wide rollers, micro telehandler or the wheeled loading shovels
• GH146BT3 Tri axle plant trailer 3500 kg gross, approx load 2600kg – size 14 x 6 feet box, beaver tail, single loading ramp – ideal for moving diggers up to 2600 kg, 2 and 3 ton dumpers, 1200mm wide rollers, micro telehandler, wheeled loading shovels or combinations of smaller plant.
• Woodford 14 x 6’6 twin axle tilt bed with ramps and winch, 3000kg max gross ,approx. load 2300kg, twin axle car transporter internal bed Size 4200mm long x 1990mm wide.
• Woodford FBT-231 – 3500 kg gross, approx load 2700 kg, tri axle tilt bed, integral pull out loading ramps. Manual winch 7.5 m cable, 4 wheel straps included. Suitable for recovery of vehicles and wheeled plant, the tilt and ramps give a very shallow ramp angle to enable low ground clearance such as sports cars to be loaded without grounding out during loading, size- 5480 mm long x 2220mm wide.
